Even though we have not known Ena for long we knew right away that she is the "star" of the family, full of life, always wanting to know the tiniest detail about the grandchildren and forever staying close to the family she loves so dearly.
How fortunate we feel that we were able to get to know her if only for a short time and we will cherish those memories! Her gentle spirit and thoughtful soul will continue to live in the hearts of all who knew her. Please know that we are thinking of you and praying for God's grace to help all of you to gather the strength and peace that you need at this difficult time.

Mr. Langan, John, Pat, Kathleen, Maureen, Margaret, and Christena,

I am so sorry for the loss of your mother. I have so many fond memories of sitting at the kitchen table on Milton Street. Her brownies and hot chocolate were only surpassed by her gourmet meatball subs and her kindness. She had a special gift of making people feel loved and important. Her spirit and gentleness will be missed.

Know you and in my thoughts and prayers.

I am so sorry for your loss. I will always cherish the memories of your mom, on the porch, watching us walk the streets of the neighborhood as teenagers. Always a smile, always the kindest words, and always...the biggest hug. She raised her kids to become the most amazing adults/parents...that is her legacy. There is nothing like a mother's love.
Love,
Flip

To Kate and the entire Langan clan:

My heart breaks for you all as you mourn the loss of such an amazing mother and wife. I met Kate in kindergarten, so Mrs. Langan has been as much a mother to me as my own in so many ways. Her quiet encouragement and kindness have been a hallmark of my childhood and teenage years. Her wit and cups of tea have seen me (and many) through various bumps in the road to adulthood. I am happy and proud to have known her and hold her memory and her beautiful family dear in my heart.

With much love, Erin (Walsh) Paquette

Dear family Of Ena Langon

Although I was not aquainted with any of you I knew your wife and mother while swimming at the Murphy Community School In Dorchester. Although we chatted at our sessions and meeting occassionly at CVS we didn't have a close
friendship. I just wanted you to know that she was thought of highly by all those who knew her in our brief weekly aerobics classes. We were all saddened by her passing. May she rest in peace.
