Obituary

BAGLIO, Charles F. “Charlie” of Dorchester, passed away peacefully surrounded by family on March 26, 2022. Beloved husband of 73 years of Filomena (Buono) Baglio. Loving father of Madeline Block and her husband Stephen of Pembroke, and the late Frances Powell of Tyngsboro. Devoted grandfather of Jamie (Block) Cook and her husband Jeremy of Lansdale, PA, Lainie and Stephanie Block of Pembroke, and James and Amy Powell of Tyngsboro. Adoring great-grandfather of Jeremy Cook Jr. Dear brother of the late Eugene Baglio, Phyllis Gulinello, Joseph Baglio, and Catina Calvino. Charles was a proud and decorated veteran of the United States Army serving in World War II.

Visitation in the John J. O’Connor & Son Funeral Home, 740 Adams St. (near Gallivan Blvd.) DORCHESTER, Thursday morning from 10:30-11:30 am followed by a service in the funeral home at 11:30 am. Relatives and friends and respectfully invited. In lieu of flowers, please consider making a donation in memory of Charles to the Disabled American Veterans Charity. Interment in St. Michael Cemetery.
