Obituary
Henry Robert Kozak age 96 of Dorchester passed away on January 2, 2023, surrounded by family. He was preceded by his loving wife Lucy Nazzaro Kozak (June 1, 2018). He is survived by daughter, Carol; sons, Donald (Ellen), Peter (Bernadette); three grandchildren, Katrina (Mark) Mazza, Alex (Wendy), and Benjamin (Triana); and three great grandchildren; Nolan and Cole Mazza, and Lucy Kozak. Henry was the founder and long-time president of the original Boston Deaf Club for many years. He always wore a smile, loved his family and socializing with his many friends.
Henry is loved beyond words and missed beyond measure.
A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
