Obituary

CLARK, John R. "Papa” “Jack" 85 of Braintree, formerly of Dorchester and Chelsea, passed away suddenly on December 25, 2020 surrounded by loving family and friends. Born April 28, 1935 in Chelsea, Massachusetts to the late Harold and Alvina Clark and brother to the late Frances Clark.  Jack served proudly and honorably in the U.S. Navy and worked for SUPSHIP Boston until his retirement.  Jack was the beloved husband to the love of his life, the late Evelyn M. “Mikey” Clark. Loving father of John Clark of Woburn, Johnna and her husband Steve Rowley of Lakeville, April and her husband Paul Connolly of Braintree and the late Agnes Louise Clark.  Devoted grandfather of Shannon and John Connolly, Timothy and Caitlin Rowley and Rhiannon and Christine Clark.

Jack leaves behind many friends, new and old, including Dick Newton and his wife Carol of Florida.  Jack loved spending time with his family and was truly loved by all.  Services will be announced at a later date.
