SMITH, John T. of Dorchester passed away peacefully on May 28, 2022. Beloved husband of Carol (Campbell) Smith. Loving father of Kellie Roderick and her husband Alfred “Rick” of Falmouth. Cherished grandfather of Cole, Kyle, and Cody Roderick. Beloved son of the late Donald and Catherine (Haverty) Smith. Caring brother of Eileen LecLerc, Edward Smith, Howard Smith, and the late Donald Smith and William Smith. Also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, and friends. John was a proud veteran of the United States Navy. A graveside service will be held at Blue Hill Cemetery in Braintree on Thursday morning at 10 o’clock. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited.
