Obituary

WALSH – Joseph M., age 70 of Dorchester, passed away peacefully on Thursday, March 16, 2023.

Beloved son of the late Joseph B. and Catherine (Manning) Walsh. Devoted brother of John Walsh and his wife Maureen of Whitman, Robert Walsh and his wife Rose of Norfolk, Christopher Walsh of Dorchester, Stephen Walsh and his wife Holly of Pembroke, and the late James Walsh and his surviving wife Nancy of Braintree. Also survived by many loving, nieces, nephews, and friends.

Joseph was employed as a Clerk Magistrate for Plymouth County, for over 40 years.

Chapel Service will be held Tuesday, March 21st at Cedar Grove Cemetery - Chapel, 920 Adams St., DORCHESTER at 11:00 AM. Interment immediately after the service. Family and friends are respectfully invited to attend.

Visiting hours will be held Tuesday, March 21st at the John J. O’Connor & Son Funeral Home, 740 Adams St., (near Gallivan Blvd), DORCHESTER from 9:30 – 11:00 AM prior to the service.

In lieu of flowers donations in memory of Joseph may be made to the Dr. Ruth McLain Hospice House, 670 Washington St., Braintree, MA 02184 ~ www.oldcolonyhospice.org
