My friend Owen Judge a true gentleman with a warm smile and kind heart. I can thank Owen for me becoming a member of LSRC and running the Boston Marathon. Only someone with a big caring heart could adopt a sick chocolate lab from a shelter that needed an expensive shot every 3 weeks, that would be his beloved dog Peaches that he loved dearly. I will miss our breakfasts at the Olympia Dinner and coffee at Sully’s , so Rest In Peace my friend till we meet again you will be missed by many.❤️❤️

So sorry to hear about Owen passing away. I worked with him at South Boston Savings Bank for many years. He was a good friend and always had a smile on his face. Saw him running in South Boston all the time. He will be missed.

My Dear Owen,
You were such a kind and gentle spirit. I loved your perseverance and commitment. I loved how you touched the hearts of my family. We all loved hanging out at Sully’s. My Mom loved the surprise visits for coffee & cookies. The kids loved bowling with you!! You welcomed me into the L Street Running Club and are the very reason I was able to run & finish the 2006 Boston Marathon with a smile on my face!! You got me out to train in the rain, sleet, snow, bitter cold and inferno heat! I don’t think anyone else could have motivated me the way you did!! I will carry you in my heart and I’m sure you will give my sneakers wings on my next run.
Owen, ‘tis not good-bye my dear friend only ‘til we meet again. 💔

A great friend --- we spent so much time together at the L-Street running club and had so
many good times
Enjoyed doing the race results for the L-Street running club with you for many years.
You were the only club member, who was able to "memorize" the entire club membership list.
You will be sorely missed.

To Owen’s family and friends, please accept my sincere condolences. I was a former co-worker of Owen’s from South Boston Savings Bank., where he was a bookkeeper/accountant. What a nice man he was! He was always very helpful and had a terrific sense of humor. He would always organize our informal bank cookouts over at Castle Island - always a fun time! So very sad to hear as I lost track of him over the years. Godspeed Owen. See you on the other side! Slainte!
